Boot Disk with Error: Loading Please wait...

hi

i have True Image Home and Disk Director (Version 10).
With True Image i can make a boot CD and it works, but with Disk Direcotr it doesn't work.

After Booting with CD and select the full Disk Director from Menu, there is a black screen with the notice:

Loading, Please wait.... it hangs there.

So i make a boot CD from True Image with Disk Director included. But there is the same error
when i try to load Disk Director.

Wha't wrong here?

Please help.

Download the DD ISO file from your Acronis account and create a CD from it. It usually includes more updated drivers than the one you can create with DD. It also includes several different startup options in its menu (one of them may work if the default doesn't).

If that doesn't work, try the Safe Mode version of DD. Otherwise, you would need to contact Acronis support and request a build that includes the necessary drivers.

An alternate option is to create a BartPE, VistaPE or other WinPE-based CD that includes DD and any necessary drivers.
