Can't launch DD after installation (Win7)

Thread needs solution

I experienced common problem with starting Acronis DD HomeV 11.0.0.21.21. Error is - Cannot connect to "localhost".

"Code: 11.337.731(0xAD0003)
Message: Error: Failed to start the application.
Administrator privileges are required."

I checked error code and it states that i need to start service manually via services.msc, but when opened it found no such service there. So i'm confused, tried to repair, reinstall - same error.
I attached error screen and services. Please help me to resolve this problem. My system is - Windows 7 Home Basic 32 bit.
