Disk Director 12 does not do the job

The system imaging backup under W10 failed because of a too small System Reserved partition (error 0x81000033).
I could not manage to increase its size using either Disk Director 11 or 12 (to which I accepted to upgrade for an amount in hope that it would solve the problem). The operation would fail with both versions with a useless error message of the sort "The command is using a missing object".
Ultimately a free product called MiniTool Partition Wizard Free did the job.

Acronis I do not congratulate you.

After the disappointment of the complete overhaul of True Image 2015 (or should I say the complete stripping of functionalities) , I am now disappointed with Disk Director 12.
That's too much, Acronis!
