Disk Director Serial Number Already Registered

Thread needs solution

I have Disk Director Suite 10. When I log into my account, I see "0 Products Registered." When I attempt to register my product, the system indicates the serial number is already registered. How can I get my Disk Director registered so I can download updates?

You will probably need to contact Acronis and see if they can find out what happened. Have you ever had another account with Acronis?

Oleg, I have sent you a PM with the serial number as requested.

This problem has been resolved. As MudCrab, guessed, I did have a previous account under an old email address that I had completely forgot about, and that is where Disk Director was registered. Since I could not remember the old password, I could not log into the account.

Oleg kindly transferred my Disk Director as well as my old True Image registrations to my current account using my current email and password. I can now download updates to those products.

I have the identical problem with different product, True Image 2012. I was surprised to see that my product page shows NO products registered, as I thought I had registered this product when I bought it. I responded by trying to register my copy using the serial number copied from "About". The response was "0 of 1 Products Registered", with the note "Serial number already registered".

I think probably I did register it when I bought it, but that it is not appearing now on my product page.
