How activate partition Systems with BIOS UEFI

Hi, Is possible to activate partitions with Disk Director in disk of systems like HP BIOS UEIF that have serveral partitions?

The option "Mark as active" not is shown, like with the Windows disk manager. In HP systems I have 5 partitions and the partition 3 is activated for boot:

1- Recovery partition 1023 MB
2- EFI system partition 360 MB
3- OS 917,96 GB <---- This is the boot partition
4- unkown 451 MB
5- Recovery Image 11,64 GB

I need can delete and create the partition 3 with OS and create again, but when delete partition Disk Director 12 not have the option to mark as active. We try with diskpart the error message is (in spanish):

The selected disk is not a fixed MBR disk. Only on fixed MBR disks it's possible to mark a disk as active.

But previosly this partitions was maked as active... we not want clean all disk for create mbr disk, only want re-create the delete partition by error or for sustitute with other.

We are testing Acronis Disk Director and acronis true image to preformat computers for any manufacturer, so we need can activate partition in systems UEFI.

Can you help to us to return to boot the partition with disk director or this product can do this?
