Bonjour ,
Mon problème : quant je redémarre le pc avec le cd d'acronis par le bois , je m 'arrive pas a accéder au menu , la souris el le clavier ne marche pas , je ne peux pas choisir ( je suis sur windows seven , 64 bits ; merci de votre réponse.

Make sure you're using the latest build for your version of DD.

Check the BIOS for a Legacy USB option. If it's not enabled, enable it and see if it helps.

Otherwise, you could create a DD CD and select the program to start automatically after a number of seconds. This way, the program would run and you wouldn't need to use the mouse or keyboard to select it.

You can create the CD from DD.

What version of DD are you using?

There should be a "Create Bootable Media" option in the program.

In the Tools menu, select the Acronis Bootable Media Builder option. Follow the steps through the wizard. On the screen where you select to include Acronis Disk Director 11 Home, also check the box Start automatically after 10 sec. (you can change the number of seconds, if you wish).
