Hello, how long does it take till the resizing is finishing?

I have two partitions C: (30GB) and D: (220 GB). On C: 25GB are taken and on D: 121 GB are taken. Now i resized c: to 60GB and D: to 190GB. After booting the disk director programs appears. Then step 2 from 3 show 100% and 66% for the complete migration. This Screen now appears for 90 Minutes und don´t go to step 3. Is this normal?

Is there still drive activity? If so, let it continue. If not, then it's probably stuck and won't finish.

I assume you did both resizes in one commit procedure. I don't recommend doing this. I also don't recommend doing "reboot" procedures. It's generally better to boot to the DD CD and do the steps one at a time. This allows you more control since DD isn't running on automatic.

If you do reboot/abort the procedure there may be data loss or corruption. It's recommended to create an Entire Disk Image backup before making partitioning changes (hopefully, you have one).
