My computer Won't get past Acronis Loader Screen at System Startup - Help! What do I do?

Here's what happened:
I downloaded Acronis Disk Director 11 (Full Version) online and installed it on my Vista computer.
I didn't install the OS Selector program and when I restarted my computer the Acronis Loader came up on my Vista startup screen and I can't get out of that.
I tried pressing ESC key as well as F6 key and everything else.
It just makes a beeping sound on my computer.
I don't have the startup CDs of Acronis or Windows Vista as my Vista drive is backed up to a separate partition and I wasn't given any install CDs with my computer.
What can I do to fix this problem?
My computer will not get out of the Acronis Loader boot screen.
It won't do anything!
