New split volume on SSD is missing

Hi everyone! so I made a new split volume on my SSD and the new volume I created is missing from windows disk management and from DD11???? The volume I split was my main (C:) SSD partion (my goal was to make a dual boot for windows 7 and windows 10) Hopfully this issue has popped up before and someone can shed some light on the topic.

Also my (C:) drive previously had 66gb of free space and after the split succesfully completed my new free space amount is 25gb but no new volume :(
