OS Selector 11, have no CD-DVD drive

Hello I am using OS Selector 11.

TO install a new OS from DVD I would did uncheck the box which says NOT DO LOAD THE CD-DVD Driver, bit still I DONT GET A SYMBOL OF THE CD-DVD drive to selelct it!

Can anyone help??

We have a registered version of DD11 can I get support from Acronis for the OS Selector??

I generally recommend installing a new OS manually even if OSS does support the CD/DVD drive. This is because it offers greater control and a better success rate.

Just boot to the DD CD and configure the drive for the new OS. For example, if you're installing a new Windows, set the new Windows partition Active and hide the other partitions. Then install Windows normally to the new partition. When finished, boot back to the DD CD and reactivate OSS. It should find the new installation and add it to the menu.
