Program Wiped Out My Hard Drive

Disk Director wiped out my hard drive when I tried to expand a partition. I could'nt even boot and I had to re-install my Windows 7 which wiped out all my programs, my files and my e-mails. My e-mall with my serial number fails to work with support. The program sucks. How do I get my money back?
