Registered product not available for download

Thread needs solution

I have registered DD11Home with my serial number but it is not available for download.
I entered the s/n again and a message told me the product was already registered but it is still not available.
Any help from Acronis please?

At the moment I don't see any Acronis Disk Director 11 registrations under your account.
