Windows Product Activation error after expand a disk ( Disk Director 11 )

Good morning.

I Use the Acronis Disk Director 11 to expand a hard drive c: of a Windows 2003 server(whit exchange server). the server is a vmware virtual machine. Everything went well when expanding disk, but when i restart the server , I get the message that came out in the attachment.
Why do I get this error.?
All of my products licensed.
