Emails About Drive Health Do Not Match Drive Health in ADM

Thread needs solution

I get emails stating:

Disk ST500LM000-1EJ162, serial number Wxxxxxxx, size 500.11 GB
Disk health has fallen below the warning threshold.
Current health: 59%
Warning threshold: 70%

When I go into ADM drive health is always 100%. In fact, this is a BRAND new drive. In fact I replaced the prior drive, also a Seagate, because it's health had dropped to 60% (or 59%, I'm not sure).

So I think ADM is stuck with the old drive health value somewhere and it keeps sending me emails.

Any suggestions? I'm using build 566.

*Suggestions could even mean other software to use. But I would like to be able to keep the auto-backup upon imminent failure feature of ADM (I use Acronis B&R 10 Workstation)

I think you could try deleting the old logs and database ADM uses, which might solve the problem. Unfortunately ADM hasn't been updated or seemingly supported by Acronis for some time now. As far as an alternative is concerned I'd suggest looking at Hard Disk Sentinel.

Why does ADM say my mirrored drives health had degraded and then it is fine and back and forth. Any comments or suggestions would be great.
