Health state of the disk: 27%

i m not a computer scientist.
i have been working with a Seagate disk ST340810A . 40 Go
for a long time.
Is this disk really in a critical state ?

i just posted a message with the same problem
and I ran the Hitachi HD SW WinDFT and it found no problems this HD.

I also sent a message to tech support
Guess we wait for a response.
