SEAGATE TOOLS AND ACRONIS DRIVE MONITOR PROBLEM

I was using Seagate tools which is powered by Acronis and it showed my drives as healthy.
I also downloaded the Acronis Drive Monitor and all of a sudden it said all my drives had problems.
I uninstalled the Monitor (thinking it might have become corrupted) and reinstalled it.
The Drive Monitor will not load.
Any suggestions?

It looks like everything is back to normal after I finally got the Monitor to run and changed the offset values.
All drives are back to 100%.
That's a relief.
