Always in trial mode

Thread needs solution

Just updated to new build 239.

During installation the wizard never asked for a password and at final step the program is listed as trial.
After installing without any issue, I connected with the console my exchange server and I went to "help">"registration" menu.

I inserted my permanent serial number and after applying it, a window informed me that the code was accepted.
As soon as I closed this window, the serial number reverted to the trial S/N and I am still in trial mode.

I tried to manually uninstall the program, following your instructions but the issue is still there.

Any idea how to correct?

Most likely this issue is caused by the software not updating properly. I would recommend the following solution.

Please use this article to remove all traces of Acronis Recovery for Exchange from your system. After that, check your private messages, I have generated a unique link for the latest build of our software, it is possible, you had a trial version installed previously. Use that file to install the program and kindly let me know if the issue still exists.
