Problem with Agent Exchange

I have this error when i trie to back up my mail box:
code error:5967909
The temporary MAPI profile is not created. MAPI DLL file initialization failed

-server: Windows server 2003 R2 x64.
-Acronis Backup and recovry 10

Thank you very much for your post. I will do my best to assist you.

Unfortunately, this error message can be caused by a lot of different issues, for example: lack of privileges, MAPI issues, connectivity issues and lack of public folders.

Also, older builds of Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange did not provide clear errors, that is why I would recommend to download and install the latest build, which is 239. Please use this article to download the latest build. The latest build in case of a similar issue, will give a more precise error message that will guide us in the correct direction in order to resolve this problem.

After that, if the error re occurs, the best way to proceed would be to contact our technical support directly with an AcronisInfo report from that machine. I am confident that our support engineers will resolve this problem.
