when I try restore Attempt to use null reference

I have backup with backup protection ,I m trying to restore this backup to another server on Virtual machine I did before with no problem , however today I got error Attempt to use null reference can't restore any suggestion please

Unfortunately it's not obvious what product you're using, and in different Acronis versions there can be different caused and solutions for such problem. I've carefully checked our internal database, and found no mention of a known issue that would match your description. Thus this situation requires investigation.

If you're facing this issue with Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange, please gather Exchange logs as mentioned here.

If you're facing this issue with Acronis Recovery for MS SQL, please gather: 

  1. Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server Management Console logs from the machine where it is installed:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\DatabaseBackup\Logs

  2. Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server Agent logs from the machine where it is installed:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\FomatikAgent\Logs

  3. MS SQL Server native logs from the machine where Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server Agent is installed:

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\LOG

  4. Task Service logs from the machine where Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server Agent is installed:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TasksService\Logs

  5. Windows System Information File from the machine where Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server Agent is installed.
  6. Specify where the backup archive is stored (i.e. NAS device, local drive, FTP etc).
  7. Check whether a database can be backed up successfully by means of MS SQL native utilities.

I unstalled and installed back same problem , I tryed restore in different forest first attempt worked second attempt same error please take a look the files I sent it.

I remember once having this same issue. It was caused by Kaspersky Antivirus and when I switched off the AV realtime-protection,
then the restore of the acronis-backup worked.
