Hi,
I have Acronis Snap Deploy 4. I have it installed on two PC's with windows 2000 Profesional and when I try to create an image it wont let me. It wont pick up the PC I want to image. When I add a machine it also won't pick up the PC in which the software is installed. The same thing happens when I try to Deploy an image I have from using Acronis True Image. Any help would be great.

When you say you have it installed on (2) computers what do you mean?

You should have Snap Deploy installed on a computer that you are using to image with. For instance, you should have a (3rd) computer with Snap Deploy installed. The computers will either connect via PXE boot or with another media (USB flash drive, CD, DVD).

When I say 2 computers I mean I have it installed on them because I want to take an image of them and deploy it to a different computer of similar hardware and I can't take an image from either of the computers. It wont leave me connect with the machine it is installed on and therefore I cannot take the image. I'm trying online imaging because when I use it on other PC's they will need to be running while I take the image.

Any ideas?
