ASD 4_540 does not support ThinkCenter M93p and ThinkPad T440p

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I'm using desktop ThinkCenter M93p & laptop ThinkPad T440p.
It seems that ASD 4_540 does not support network drivers of these machines.
I'm able to boot into PXE but in Acronis image Creator screen I don't see any NIC appear.

Could you please help me to fix this issue?

Thanks & Regards,
Duc NGO.

Hello Duc,

You are right, most likely Linux-based media of Acronis Snap Deploy 4 build 540 doesn't contain needed for your NIC drivers.

I've sent you a PM with a download link for build 584. Please install it, update components on PXE and check if it solves the issue.

Thank you.

I too have the same exact issue with build 540. We have over 50 HP 800's to configure...help.

Is there anyway to get that link for the new build?

Hello Imageguy13,

I've also sent you a download link for build 584.

Thank you.

We're having the same problem with Lenovo M93z, T440s, and M73 models. Can we get access to the 584 build?

Hello James,

I've sent you a message.

Thank you.

Our latest Lenovo systems are not working with the last build you sent me. It was 582 i believe. Can you send the latest one my way?

Thanks,

Hello TS team,

582 seems to be one of the very latest unofficial builds.
SnapDeploy 5 is to be released quite soon. If you have valid maintenance, you would be able to update for free. I would recommend you to try it.

Yes,

We have maintenance. I will gladly try version 5 when its out. Soon being a few weeks or months or more?

I only asked as I was waiting for a product for another company that mentioned soon and it was 9 months later. :)

Thanks for the info.

Hi TS Team,

you won't have to wait too long)

We expect the new version in a few weeks but the firm release date is not available yet. I'll keep you updated.

Thank you.

Hi, I also have new Lenovo M93p's I'm trying to image, though we are not using PXE due to multiple VLAN setups and our networking division not willing to update routing tables since we would use the last Cisco license to do so, so I'm forced to boot via a USB drive, will Build 582 still work for me? If so, please forward the download link.

Thanks!
