Can't upgrade server to build 1660

Hi, I've been trying to upgrade our SnapDeploy server from build 1416 to build 1660. However when I try and run the update, the installer seems to get stuck when upgrading the licence server component, and the upgrade doesn't proceed. I think it is having trouble un-installing the old licence server before it can perform the update.

I am running SnapDeploy on a Windows 2012 R2 Standard server, running in a VM on Vmware ESXi.

Has anyone seen this and is there a workaround?

Hello,

Did you try to remove the License Server via Control Panel -> Programs and Features?

OK, solved the problem. I needed to log on to the local administrator account, them uninstalled the software from control panel. I had tried previously using a Domain admin account but that got stuck as well.
