Deploying Windows 8.1 Image - Losing Users

We just got set up with Snap Deploy 5 and we are trying to deploy an image I made of an 8.1 machine. The have deployed it both from the server using the Agent as well as from USB with the Standalone and it appears to have lost the user logins and the machines created from the image do not recognize any usernames or passwords, so we are locked out them completely. The Windows login comes up normally on them but both local and domain users are unable to log in.

The first time this happened, it was with an image that was not Sysprepped. When this method failed, I Sysprepped the master machine and tried an image of that which also failed in pretty much the same way.

Any thoughts about what I should try next? I am working on a fresh master right now. Unless I hear another idea, I will create an image of the machine before it is added to the domain, although that is less than ideal for us.
