This is an ongoing issue with my new OptiPlex 9020s. Customer service is having me jump through unrelated hoops blaming ports. I know its not a port issue since all the 9010s work fine. I will update if there is any change. In the mean time I have ordered a PCI NIC (No stores carry any locally and the ones i have are not supported by windows 8).

Assuming you are running into the issue that I am having where I can not take a master image via the network you can do this:
Create a PE Disk with the snapdeploy agent and image creator.
Load the agent even though you can save an image to a network location you can save it to the local HDD.
Once you have created the image you can then boot the machine to be imaged to the same CD and deploy.

Hello everybody, I've found the same software @ http://www.manageengine.com --> ManageEngine OSDeployer. The build is newer and the deployment with new Fujitsu Clients works .. --> tested with 50 clients.

Hello,
i have the same problem here. The Fujitsu Esprimo P920 with NIC Intel I217-LM was not recognized by the Acronis Master Image Creator or Snap Deploy Agent. I can only access the local drives.
Please Acronis, fix this Problem!!
Thanks
Robert

I have an HP ProDesk 600 G1 with the Intel I217-LM NIC and I too cannot browse the network to save my image over PXE. Making an ISO boot disk is not a fix, it's merely a band-aid for the issue.

hello everybody,
You can contact our support and we might be able to add drivers into Linux Based deploy agent.
Or you can try winPE.
You can use winPE with PXE.

Snap Deploy build 582 resolved the issue for me.
