Hi, we are using Snap Deploy 4 build 4.0.540 and have gotten some new Lenovo T440s. The agent is not picking up the LAN driver when I boot up from the media, is there an update or a new build to support Windows 8.1/new lan drivers? Anyone else having issues with the new Lenovo 440s laptops?

Been having the same issue, downloaded winPE, was able to image machine but OS would not load. Still trying to figure it out. Tech support is hard to get a hold off.

There is no 8.1 support at this time. It fails for us as well. When i talked to support, they would not tell me when it would support 8.1 and simply sent me a link to page about what was supported that was last updated in 2012.

Not happy with the level of support.

You need install the new software update to be on version 4.0.582
I have the same issue before.
