e000101f4: acronis master image creator has not found any harddisk drives
Greetings!
We purchased a brand new license of Acronis to make images to easily roll out a number of laptops.
When booting from DVD media to start making an image with Snap Deply I receive following message: e000101f4: acronis master image creator has not found any harddisk drives.
I want to make image of DELL Latitude E5520, XP sp3. The laptop was delivered by DELL with WIN7, but we newly installed XP.
Please advice the best way forward?
René

Has this issue been resolved. I have having the same problem with my E5520. I cannot get an error report as the Acronis freezes immediately so there is NO option to collect a log. Is there a log hidden somewhere on my thumb drive that I could send you? It would be great if you could contact me with the solution if one is at hand.

Anton,
Guess I might have need to reply here.
Is there a solution to this problem? I have the same laptop with the same issue. I just downloaded the most recent version of Acronis Workstation. I created bootable media on a memory stick. It froze the minute I attempted the create image as it began to look for a source drive to create the image from. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks...Andrew

Hello Andrew,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Forum.
I am very sorry that you experienced this issue with the latest build. I would recommend the following way to address this problem.
1. Create WinPE bootable media as a temporary workaround.
2. Collect the following report and contact our Support team so that we can investigate and resolve this issue.
Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Thank you.
