License Server Problems

Hi,

We have snap deploy 3, we are having issued with our license server.
We are unable to deploy images to machines because they say they are all used up.
We are trying to deploy to an existing machine that has been imaged before, and from what i understand there should be no restrictions on this.

I’m not able to remove the license as it gives an error of “License removal failed.”
I have also tried to uninstall and when i reinstall the license server i get into trouble with that as well, it kept telling me that the username and password were wrong, when i know they are correct.

We are running the latest build of Snap Deploy v3

Any help on this would be grateful.
