Snap Deploy Server Problem

Thread needs solution

I using Snap Deploy Server with UR ,backup from Lenovo Desktop and Restore to HP Server.
The Console Deploy Success, but The HP Server start-up blue Screen and auto reboot.
I use Windows Server install Disc and boot up Recovery mode.
On the Diskpart cannot show the Partition c: is NTFS.
I try to foolow this link http://kb.acronis.com/content/1507 , but cannot fix it. pls Help.

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I understand your concern and will do my best to assist you.

There can be several caused for this issue, so we need to take a closer look at it.

First of all, please, check whether you've provided all required drivers for the dissimilar hardware. You should have all drivers from the mass storage devices like motherboard, RAID controller, etc. They should be extracted to *.oem and *.inf format and placed in one folder.

Should you have all the drivers ready, and the machine still doesn't boot, please gather the following data: 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. BSOD message (if your machine's constantly rebooting, please press F8 on the start-up and in the menu choose "Disable restart on boot failure" option
  3. OS Deploy Server logs
  4. Deployment Agent logs

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
