Thread needs solution

After running the backup the night before, the next morning both Source and Destination drives are not working.  The error message from windows is "location is not available", also it is asking to format the drive.

 

Is there a way I can easily retrieve my source data?

Please can you give us some more information to work with here?

What version of ATIH are you using, is it 2016 (as for this forum)?

What type of backup did you make 'the night before' and was this successful or is this situation arising after the backup or during it?

How were you performing the backup?  
Was this from within Windows, which version of Windows?

Do you have the Acronis Rescue Media available to boot from?  Have you used this before?
