Acorns True Image very bad experiences with the product
I am running Acronis True Image on a Mac. After being upgraded to 2015 on my Mac the product is useless - when I try to connect to the Acronis Cloud - it just sits at retrieving information and nothing happens. After a number of futile attempts to get support I am now told this is a bug that means it may take 10-15 minutes to connect to the Cloud servers/ Well as I write this email it has been 30 minutes. To make matters worse I have been told by suppport this is how it is supposed to work and I will not see a hotfix for 4-5 months - this is insane.
I am close to dumping this product as it is somewhat useless and I have had countless emails with support to get a fix and all I am told - is this is the way it works now and there is nothing they can do- this is really poor service. Imagine Microsoft or Apple telling their customers - you have to wait 10-15 minutes to connect with our cloud servers and there is nothing that can be done for 4-5 months

I finally got the issue resolved but in my opinion something that should have been addrerssed months ago finally got fixed. Plus no one until recently took the time to explain how the product worked which was a source of a problem for me
