ATI 2016 keeps referencing a backup that was only ever present in ATI 2013 and was never referenced in ATI 2016

Thread needs solution

Basically, I had ATI 2013, Deleted the backups asssociated with it, uninstalled it and moved to ATI 2016.

I created a new backup definition and ran it and right at the end it gives me an error message about how it can't find the location assosciated with the ATI 2013 backup (this location has never been entered into ATI 2016)

The new ATI 2016 backup seems to work but why am I getting this error message and how do I get rid of it?

I've tried reinstalling ATI 2016 several times now and this problem persists.

Thanks in advance

Error Message:

Failed to exclusively access backup F:\My backups\W0 (C)\W0 (C)_full_b1_s1_v1.tib during consolidation. Make sure the backup file is not opened in other applications."

Use the Acronis Schedule Manager to look for old "ghost" jobs. If you run taskzap, you can blow them all away at once, but would need to reconfigure the new backup as a result.

To get a list of scheduled tasks:

get list

To delete a single task:

task [task number]

task delete

For example:

task 1-12

task delete

To delete all scheduled tasks:

task zap
