Backup to Cloud license

Thread needs solution

Hi

Silly question, but do I need an active 'backup to cloud' license if I'm trying to backup to a samba server on my own intranet (not ftp)

I wouildn't think so, but all I get from the console log is

"Request to Acronis Cloud failed, make sure you are signed in"

It sounds like your choice in destination for your backup task is the cloud and not your samba server.  You must select the samba server as the destination for that to work. Check the link below:
