Backup Failed

Thread needs solution

Hi!
I'm new to Acronis, and I have to manage some problems.

Now days I got in my control panel some errors like "Backup Failure".

My company where I'm as a sys. admin. is in O365/Azure etc.

No, I got the mentioned msgs for some active users whos emails can't be backed up.

If I understand it correctly, but I'm not sure why.

and here is the msg I got from Acronis cPanel:

Cannot back up the primary mailbox of an Microsoft 365 user: '[Microsoft][ews-code=ErrorInternalServerError]: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.' "

Does it means does some error was on the MS server or at Acronis level ?

Dear Chris Adzic,

Thank you for the message. Seems like it is a known issue from a Microsoft side.
We suggest to check Microsoft service health portal
If there are no ongoing issues on Microsoft side, but backup fails: refresh Microsoft 365 organization

If backup still fails, please let us know.
