You have an option set to delete older than 15 days.
The first day of the fiften days does not begin until after the first full and 13 incrementals are first complete.
So actually you will have a 2nd group of 14 before the first group is 15 days old.

If you want the first full and 13 incrementals to be deleted as soon as the 2nd full is complete (not recommended as too soon),
then you would need to set the opton to "delete older than 1 day"

As editiing a task is not recommended, it is better to start over with a new task and a new name and folder targer location;

If you made changes to your task, that is another reason it would respond correctly.

You also have the option set "do no delete the first full"

On a new task and starting over
With that setting, the first backup B1 will be the one it keeps without deletion.
The next backup will be the Full B2 and the 13 incrementals.
With a setting of delete older than 1 days.

The Full B1 will be the first backup and it will be kept and ignored in the future deletions.
The next backup will be the Full B2 and the 13 incrementals.
The next Full of Full B3 will run and the Full B2 and 13 incrementals will be deleted.
Next will be the 13 incrementals and the Full B4
Future deletions of the oldest chain of 14 files will occur immeditely following each Full whenever it occurs.
