Can not register products.

Thread needs solution

When I try and register ti2016 it says already registered. When I look at my registered products it is not there. same thing with dd12. I have a new computer and when I try and activate it says too many. When I try and move activation from old machine it doesnt recognize my email and password. When I try and start a ticket it recognizes my email and password but only list ti2014 and says its outdated for support, it doesn't list my registered ti2016. I'm out of ideas to try and solve this. If I could get a refund for all the acronis products I.ve bought over the years, I would.
