Clone reboot - does not go into pre-windows environment to do clone. Windows 10.

When cloning a disk on Windows 10 PC is not booting into pre-windows environment to run Clone process just dies at reboot.

It is recommended that you use bootable recovery media for clone or restore operations with True Image.   You can use the Media Builder Tool in the product to create such media.  If the disk you are wishing to clone is something other than a standard SATA HDD or SSD you would need to create a WinPE recovery media for driver support.

You then need to learn how to boot your device from such media.  Each machine is a bit different in that regard so we would need more detaisl about your machine to help there.  Version of Windows is 32 bit or 64 bit, machine boots using UEFI or Legacy bios specifically.
