The error indicates that the TI app has found bad sectors on the drive. It is recommending that you use Windows chkdsk utility to scan and repair these problems. Just be advised that fixing bad sectors on a drive can result in some data loss in some cases.

But I checked the disk for errors. The errors were not detected. And if you try to do Reser system with a boot disk?
Up to this point there were no such problems. Maybe this is due to new software updates?

You might be correct. You might try running a repair on the installation or uninstall and reinstall the app.

In general, the backup is created, but whether the effects of the reduction (if an error occurs, press the button "Skip") OS?
P.S. Try reinstalling Acronis.

Ssd re-check for errors - no errors. I reinstall Acronis 2016. The problem remains.

Did you assign letters to the hidden partitions and run chkdsk on them? Based on the sector location of the error, it is either the WinRE partition or the EFI system partition.

Hidden drives do not. All drives are active. No errors were encountered. Tested with TuneUp and standard: chkdsk \ f

Hypothetically. If you skip these errors when creating the image, then I can do recovery? That is, the image will work? I just do these errors come across.
P.S. Physically, one disk is divided into two sections. Until today there was no such errors. The program is made in the normal mode images.

Hi Stanislav,
please create a system report using integrated in Acronis True Image 2016 tool and in created .zip find the disks.txt and msinfo.nfo files.
Please attach them to your next message.
Also please make sure that you have the latest program build 5620.
Instead of chkdsk DISK: /f you might want to try chkdsk DISK: /f/r. Sometimes the give different results. And I've also sent you a private message with a link to another third-party tool for disk scanning.
Thank you,

Hello, Stanislav

Despite the fact that no errors were found during checking, according to the provided Disk Report, there are file system errors detected on C: and D: partitions of the disk OCZ-VERTEX3.

If the disk was checked and errors were not found, I can suggest you to enable "Ignore bad sectors" option in the "Advanced" tab of the backup task settings.
For more information, please refer to the user guide http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATI2016/#269.html

Best regards.

Решил пока так, не найдя другого решения. Надеюсь, что данный образ будет работать, если потребуется восстановление (но надеюсь до этого не дойдет).

Thank you!
I decided to have so far not finding another solution. I hope that this image will work if needed recovery (but I hope this will not happen).
