Got 2016 but a problem with cloud

Thread needs solution

I began with Acronis in 2013 with my gmail address.  Upgraded to 2014 and 2015.  Sub runs out in December.  Never used Cloud.

Upgraded a few months back, but used my Charter email.  Didn't realize I had two accounts.  I also added Cloud.  Yet, I cannot get cloud to work.  I found my problem this morning.  What I have is 2016 on my computer under the gmail address.  The sub for Cloud is listed under my Charter address.  How do I get them together?  Do I uninstall the present 2016 under my Gmail address and reinstall 2016 under my Charter address?  I am reluctent to do so for fear it will end up losing everything.  Any suggestions????
