Help Acronis unlimited upgrade to 2016 cloud backup lost deleted

I'm hoping for a miracle here I figured since this was an open forum that maybe a little publicity would help my  terrible misfortune. Recently I had my laptop stolen along with all my info in the world it seemed  because although it was locked ect the thief gained access to it somehow compromising get my email accounts ect.... on the 30th of October I expected a new computer is been without for a month and a half.  I logged in to a cronies and say my backup not was late all seemed well. I was confused about the upgrade situation and my account had some prior issues with licensing due licensing issues it seems my precious purchase of a cronies unlimited multi user license was  gone a showing just a single license from an upgrade . This wasn't correct so I wasn't able to pay a for an upgrade. The following day I loved on the interface has totally changed and everything was gone. Immediately contacted support and the best they could do a at the time was start a ticket. I was flabbergasted about the complete disregard to the situation at hand  . They could not provide a time for a resolution.  They kept telling me that they would forward my concerns to support . Confers meaning that a the backup was gone. Later I Xiao add in to check my email that I'd finally regained access  to that morning and saw a few emails that had arrived between the time of my computer loss and the time I deceived the new one and conacted support . I had been a loyal customer and used the software for to years and recommended it to countless people . However I received an email stating that my account was deleted and the ticket was being closed as resolved.  

My big problem is.

A disasters happen and in my situation while resolving the theft and regain access to my compromised accounts. I fail to understand the logic in deleting an account immediately on expiration . Circumstances do happen that warrant a long period eh days is far too soon.  

B This is a world class company and I'm sure that thee was a redundant copy somewhere on. A server that could have been found or they could have recovered dot.  But somebodies onky copy of all the years of pictures and files isnt a significsnt enough even to evem try smd recover sccount thst was deletef sometime in the last 12 hours.

This was the first time I would have needed the software for the reason it had been purchased over the tears of time is spent ensuring I had a good backup.  I an it my mistake to place peace of mind in a cloud center by A cronies.  I think I'll place a copy in a safe deposit box in the future of the little I'll need to save in the last part if my life. I lost 22 years of photos and memories.

Hi Josh,

according to our rules data in Acronis Cloud is available for recovery during 30-days after subscription expiration. After this grace period expires, the relevant account data gets deleted and backups cannot be restored anymore.

Taking into account that your situation is not an ordinary one, it was decided that as an exception our experts will scan the storage manually in order to check if any data still wasn't overwritten and can be retrieved.
