How can I create a custom scheme to so I can restore to the beginning of every month AND any day in the last 60 days?

I want a combination of permanently saving a full backup on the first of each month as well as being able to take daily differential backups so I can restore to any date in the last 60 days. So since today is May 20, I should be able to pick any day back to March 21. Tomorrow I would only be able to go back to March 22.
As my disk space decreases, I could manually delete some of the monthly backups, or just buy a new external hard drive and move them there.
How can I setup such a scheme, or do you have another suggestion that would accommodate my goal?
