How do I report a bug ?

Thread needs solution

I have full license expiring end 2016. I have hit a problem with Acronis today which is apparent bug (closed UI but it is in memory using a lot of CPU, I am afraid to kill it in case it messes up the backups).

I went to the website and found that my support period has expired (in few months?).. I thought its a year but whatever..

I want to report the bug but there is no way to do it..

The website is letting you to report recovery problems without support license.

Well I am not a lawyer and I never read TCs stuff, but am pretty sure that you guys has to fix bugs for free. And in order to be able to you have to let us submit bugs in a proper way.

First undersatnd that I do not work for Acronis but am simply a user like you and volunteer my time to help others with the application.

You can report suspected bugs, issues, problems, and make suggestions using the Feedback tool from within the application interface.  To do so look in the left column of the GUI for the Help feature (open book icon).  Select it and choose Send Feedback.  Describe your situation and make sure to include a System Report which should be checked by default and Submit.
