Is a minimal install possible?

Thread needs solution

I generally find myself using a product like Acronis about once every 2 years or so, and I figured it was worth purchasing Acronis rather than relying on free but less polished alternatives. However, I didn't realize before my purchase that Acronis seems to have headed down the bloatware path.

It seems I need to do a full install every time I want to use it, then a full uninstall, otherwise it sets up shop and runs a bunch of things I have zero interest in, all the time, without asking. The only other option seems to be to let it install, then spend time and effort on figuring out how to disable everything manually through Windows tweaks, which is sadly quite disappointing.

Is there a simple, better way to have the program available to run when needed, but only when needed?

The simplest is to after purchase, go to the Support site, access your account, download the Bootable Media version of the application, burn that download to CD/DVD or USB flash media, and when you wish to use the application boot that media to run a bare bones version of the application.
