permissions error

Thread needs solution

Hello im new to acronis software and as of now im not having a good experience. My first back up went great! But now its third days later and the backup is trying to run again and I am getting an error stating my username or password is wrong. Well nothing has changed so I know it’s right but that’s not the real issue.. The issue is it does not give me the option to re-enter the password or username! Attached is the exact error. How can I "reset" this so I can try the back up again?

 

 

I am backing up a folder from a nas drive to a local hard drive.

Take a look at https://forum.acronis.com/forum/100002 - this suggests checking the Windows Credentials Manager which you can find by opening the Control Panel as Credentials Manager (Windows 10).
