Program not running at startup

I am running Windows 7. I've already set up backups, and these run fine once I start the program, but I would expect the program to run at start-up. As it is, I have to remember to open the program, or else the scheduled back up does not happen. Come to think of it, I can't seem to find any preference menu for the program. Can someone help?

Hi David Bell,

Generally all scheduled backups must run whether or not the program is open.

There are special processes and services repsonsible for correct execution of backup tasks, like schedhlp.exe or Acronis Scheduler2 Service.

Make sure the Acronis Scheduler2 Service is up and running and your antivirus is correctly configured.
