Specified archive cannot be mounted since it contains no partitions

Thread needs solution

I have used the true image 2015 product for some time. I have made many backups with encryption and keep them stored on a NAS drive. I never had trouble with the 2015 version.

I have just trialed True Image 2016 cloud version but cannot mount, validate, or restore ANY of my backukps!!!!

I have tried to:
* mount from windows explorer
* validate from windows explorer
* restore from true image 2016

Each time I am asked for the password and am given the same error: Specified archive cannot be mounted since it contains no partitions". I have attached a copy of the system report.

Note: I upgraded my PC from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 about a month ago so some backups may have been created be from each OS.

I am in desperate need of access to my backups!

A note of disappointment on Acronis support policies:
My opinion of Acronis support policy is that the company has become greedy. I have used their products for myself and many clients and have 49 registered products. In the past, when there was an emergency due to an ACRONIS PRODUCT fault it was not necessary to PAY FOR IT.

I have trialed the 2016 cloud product and after 24 hours the backup said it would take 74 days to backup my machine to the cloud. Add to that the fact that I can no longer even recovery any of my backups and there is no way to contact them for support due to their own error at no charge and I am now seriously considering bailing on Acronis altogether. There are plenty of competitors in the marketplace now and I used to have some loyalty not because Acronis products are the best, but because they would work with me to fix THEIR problems at no charge.
