Support is expired! - How long have I support for my new version 2016 ?

I purchased Acronis True Images August 28th, 2015, how long until after I get support?
"Support is expired!"

When I logged into "My Account" will I know that my support time has expired and I can not get support at "Acronis True Image 2016", it can be really when I have just purchased the program?
