TI 2016 can't login

Bling, please post more info about what you're doing and what the issue is.  This is primarily an English forum so the descriptions in the pictures probably won't be readable by most.  What version of Acronis are you using?  Is it a full version or a trial version?  Do you have a cloud account subscription or not?  If not, just close the window and proceed to the application.  If you don't have a cloud subscription, you'll have to close this each time you launch the application - at least for now.
