Transfering license to new computer

Thread needs solution

Need to transfer ATI2016 and DD12 to new computer.

Situation: Old laptop died, purchased new laptop, installed Acronis products on new laptop.

ATI2016 loads, but says "too many activations"
DD12 loads, displays disk layout normally, but no functions are available to select.

On ATI GUI selecting "Account" option displays the exceeded number of activations message, and has a option to "resolve the problem".
A couple more steps comes to an option to "move license from another computer". Choosing that option brings up a "Sign in to Acronis account to use Acronis cloud........." screen!!

I don't use the cloud, never have, never will, but find no way to get past this point!
So how do I get the license transferred from the old dead laptop to the new laptop?

Go to http://www.acronis.com/en-us/personal/computer-backup/

Click on My Account and log in.

A: You can use your existing license to install the software on another PC or workstation if the original system has been decommissioned and it is documented that it's no longer in use.
