True Image cannot reboot the system to finish the extending of secure zone

Thread needs solution

I have updated the window 10 and True Image to the newest version today and want to use True Image to make a new backup, but the original secure zone volume is not enough to hold the backup file, so I try to extend the secure zone volume. The process need to reboot the system once to finish the extending but I found the process has been frozen and did not have any respond. I seen there was a message said the process need to reboot the system for finishing if 10 minutes after the system did not reboot the process will be cancel. However, the process window was froze. I try many times again but it shows the same result. I don't know how to do.

I believe you can try to do this from the recovery media instead of from Windows too. I don't use secure zone though so give it a shot. Any partition changes could take some time to complete as it would have to shrink space from the main partition first and that may require defrag and moving of blocks of data to free up the needed space so it can then be reallocated to ASZ.
