Where or how can I get expert help? I'm a newbie.
I just completed installing Acronis 2016 for use as backup (clone) of my PC hard drive.
I had previously used Acronis 2015 using an instruction sheet furnished by a techie friend.
Now I find that 2016 is entirely different from 2015, and I am lost. Totally.
I understand that phone support is not available to private computer users.
Is there someone somewhere who can walk me through this setup via phone? Am willing to pay.

azscribe51 did you just purchase 2016? If so, see if you can upgrade to 2017 by contacting tech support. You should get a free upgrade within 30 days of purchase. 2017 has the benefit of 1 year tech support whereas 2016 only comes with 30 days tech support.
